The community comes together as we light the trees on the Village Green, complete with the Stillwater High School Vagabond Choir and a visit from Santa.

Every third weekend in September we hold our annual Derby Days event including a street dance, duck races, family games, community breakfast, and fireworks.

We are partner with our friends at Mabel's Ice Cream Shop and the Bayport Library to make the ice cream social extra special!

The Bayport Bar Crawl is back!

Join us Saturday, May 13th for a fun filled day traveling around to Bayport’s BEST restaurants and bars. It is going to be full of drinks, food, neighbors, laughs and fun! Each local participating bar/restaurant will be providing specials for all Bar Crawl participants. This crawl is for all!

POKER RUN ❤️♦️♠️♣️

Draw a card at each of the first five stops to make a poker hand. Winners announced at 5pm at 210 Bar-B-Que (must be present to win).

Best hand WINS $100; worst hand WINS $50!! ALL other completed poker run hands will be entered into a drawing for gift cards + prizes!!

BAD NEWS: Due to the lovely ‘spring’ weather we have been having, it makes it impossible to set up the traditional Easter Egg Hunt.

GOOD NEWS: The Easter Bunny will set up shop in the Barker’s Alps parking lot Saturday morning from 10-11am to hand out special treats to each preschool and grade school aged child in the car as you drive thru.

Join the Bayport Community Action League for the annual Lighting of the Green! The fun starts with the Stillwater High School Vagabond Choir singing around the fire at 6:30pm followed by the reading of the Centennial Essay Contest winners. At 7pm we'll light up the holiday lights in the Village Green and, if all the boys and girls have been good this year, Santa will arrive at 7:15 pm. Please join us for this fun community event.

This year not only marks the 100th anniversary of Bayport, but also the Bayport American Legion’s centennial! To commemorate this milestone, the city and Legion are partnering on a new park pavilion at Village Green Park. The Bayport Community Action League is planning a groundbreaking celebration for Saturday, November 12, at 4pm, followed by a light reception at the Bayport Legion, including an exhibit of Bayport history, centennial merchandise, and Bayport historical books for sale.
